The car and service was very good, but the car interior still has a perfume smell.

The service department is horrible. They overcharge you and complete services that were not approved. I was told my car would be $1,500 then the following day I was told the vehicle would be $1,700. Upon picking up the vehicle the bill was over $2000. When I questioned the bill they couldn’t even explain the costs. They said they were having problems with their estimating software. No transparency. Be ware of this dealer. I would not recommend ever using their service.

I’ve now been to BMW of West Chester three separate times for the same issue with my stereo system producing static — and unfortunately, the issue is still not resolved and has only gotten so much worse. Each visit has been time-consuming, especially considering I live an hour away, and it’s extremely frustrating to feel like I’m not being taken seriously.

Having owned Acura for better than 20 years, I was new to the BMW lineup and Ralph was very patient and knowledgeable about his products. All our interactions with Wilmer and Nick were professional and we felt they had our best interest in mind. Lastly a huge thank you to Mickey for a fabulous detail on my BMW.

All went well. There wasn't time to go over all the details of how the car works. They sent "geniuses" to my home to go over everything. Those guys were great, Super helpful and patient. I appreciate that the dealership, and the salesperson cared that I was fully supported with my new car.

First, your dealership did not properly complete the paperwork for the registration for my 850. I have been unable to drive my car for almost two weeks because I am concerned that I will receive a ticket because of the error by your dealership. Now, no one from the dealership is communicating with me regarding the replacement registration. Do I have to wait another two weeks before I can safely drive my new car? The lack of courtesy of keeping me informed of the status of the replacement registration is very frustrating.

I receive Excellent Service each and every time I bring my car for Service. I am never disappointed

Heather was our service advisor, and she was excellent, kept updating the service status regularly by calls and text messages, I did not feel any time that I needed to call her and get the status. She advised the required services during the current service, ordered a couple of parts after engineers recommendation, but yet to arrive. she told me that she will call me back by 2/3 weeks time for bringing the vehicle back for replacement of the parts. I am waiting for the call from Heather. I will recommend Heather and BMW of West Chester for BMW vehicle services.


Michael Dixon made our purchase quick and easy by helping us understanding the underlying drivers of pricing for CPO cars; listing required documentation pre-purchase and having the car pre-prepped for delivery.

Rob was both patient and knowledgeable. He was willing to explain anything I asked and did not rush me for a decision. Since I had been involved in a collision that totaled my car, I had more questions than usual. This is the second car I purchased from Rob and that should indicate why I gave him 5 stars.

The repair service was fine. My car is usually washed and vacuumed when I bring it in for service but I was not sure that the exterior had been washed because of the amount of pollen that covered it.

The technician did not reprogram about the service he did I serviced my vehicle and changed engine and brake oil but I still get messages. It needs to be changed.

5 star experience from the moment I got out of my car to drop off. Amy was quick and efficient and the work station area for me to work during the service was comfortable with snakes and drinks as well as beautiful new cars to look at! Amy came right out to greet me when the service was done.
